Sometimes we get all caught up in the daily grind of our lives, with work, school, kids, or bills. Other times we get so beat down by what life throws at us we just need a reminder that this world is only a temporary place for us. Our home is in Heaven and we are just passing through this world.
I just wrote this song, February of 2021. Sometimes songs come to me in a dream, or I wake up with a song in my mind. Other times, lyrics, or an idea for a song comes to mind and I start working it. This time, the melody came first and as I worked out the music, the words just sort of fell into place.
